After my item(s) is purchased, how long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it may take up to, but no longer, than 3 business days to ship. Sports Station utilizes the excellent services of UPS to make sure orders arrive in an orderly time and in the same condition in which they were sent. Depending upon what shipping option, the time it takes to receive your order to arrive will vary. Please refer to the shipping chart below for an explanation of the different shipping options. How will my order be packaged?

Due the variety of products we carry, each order will vary in regards to how it is packaged for shipping. Please rest assured that Sports Station puts great emphasis on properly packaging your items so that your order arrives undamaged and in the same condition in which it was sent.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order has been received by UPS you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used to check the up to date location of your order. Simply visit www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number that was provided to you via email.

How much does shipping cost?

Based upon the number of items you have ordered, and the destination to which it will be shipped, shipping costs will vary. You may view the different costs for each shipping option in the checkout cart prior to your order being finalized.

Why are some items shipped directly from a manufacturer?

While Sports Station offers a wide variety of products at each of its store locations, there are additional products that are sold exclusively on SportsStation1.com. It is these particular items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Please rest assured that Sports Station's trusted manufacturers maintain the highest levels of quality. 

What types of payment options are available?

Sports Station gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Novus/Discover credit cards as well as any debit or check card that is endorsed by any of the those four credit card providers.

Am I able to use my gift card to make an online purchase?

At this time, gift cards may only be used in our physical store locations. However, in the coming months you will be able to use your Sports Station gift card(s) to make an online purchase.

Is my personal information secure and confidential?

How do I exchange or return an item?

Am I able to speak to a live person if I have any questions?

Here at Sports Station, we pride ourselves on the ability to solve each customer’s needs and resolve any questions that they may have. We may be reached by phone at (559) 229-6842 (10 AM PST – 5 AM PST) and also are more than happy to promptly reply to your questions via email. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Orders that are shipped to a destination outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax. If your order is being shipped to a destination within the state of California you will be charged the current tax rate for Fresno County.

Can I place an order and have it held at one Sports Station’s store locations?

Yes, we are proud to offer the service of in-store pick up. After you have finished shopping and are checking out, you will have the option to have your purchase held at one of our store locations: Fresno or Modesto, CA. Please note that there will be no shipping charges if the in-store pickup delivery is selected.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, please select the “My Account” tab on the home page. After selecting “My Account” please choose the option to register for a new account.

How do I recover my password if I forgot it?

If you are unable to recall your password, please select “Recover Password” in the “My Account” section? After entering in the required information, your password will be sent to the email address that was used to register your account.

How do I recover my username if I forgot it?

If you are unable to recall your user name please click on the “Contact Us” link in the upper right hand corner. Once there, please enter your first and last name, as well as request your user name in the “Message” towards the bottom of the page. Your user name will be promptly sent to your registered email address.
