If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). We will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after the purchase date. EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE A CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASH FOR $5 to cover the shipping costs of sending your exchange back to you.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or an exchange.

Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to show in your account.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance items. No refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges will be given by or by any of our retail stores.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship merchandise back to Sports Station are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.

Please follow the instructions below for making a return or exchange:

  • Contact Sports Station at or (559) 229-6842 to obtain an authorization number for your return
  • Pack the item(s) securely in a sturdy cardboard box. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Enclose a copy of your original packing/order receipt and return authorization number with the item(s). If you cannot send a copy of your receipt, please include your name, billing address, shipping address and return authorization number.
  • Enclose instructions of what you would like us to do with your item(s) (refund, exchange for different size, exchange for different product, etc.)
  • If you would like to make an exchange for another item, EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE A CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASH FOR $5 to cover the shipping costs to send your exchange back to you (International exchanges see bottom of page).
  • You may ship your items to our return center listed below using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other U.S. authorized mail carriers. You will assume responsibility for all shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package for its full retail value.


Sports Station is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Ship the return package to:
